General InformationWelcome to the information portal for the Al-Marah Arabian Horse Galleries, a new Arabian horse museum built as an attachment to the Kentucky Horse Park's acclaimed International Museum of the Horse. Comprised of two levels containing both "Art and Artifacts" and "Interactive Exhibits," the Galleries will tell the story of the Arabian horse from ancient Arabia to modern day. The Al-Marah Arabian Horse Galleries are considered one of the most significant PERMANENT additions ever made to the Kentucky Horse Park. Over 1 millions visitors enjoy the Kentucky Horse Park each year-a number estimated to grow to 1.6 million annually by 2014 due to its hosting the 2010 World Equestrian Games,.
